THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Neha's Motion in Limine to Limit Testimony of Dr. Lankford, filed September 19, 2005 (Doc. 187). The Court held a hearing on this motion on November 9, 2005. Consistent with the Court's ruling at the hearing on this motion, and for the reasons given at the time of the hearing, the Court will deny the motion based on the United States' representation that the United States will not ask Dr. Lankford at trial whether the alleged victim's injuries were consistent with sexual assault.

IT IS SO ORDERED that the Defendant Neha's Motion in Limine to Limit Testimony of Dr. Lankford is denied provided that the United States does not ask Dr. Lankford at trial whether the alleged victim's injuries were consistent with sexual assault.
