ORDER REINSTATING JUDGMENT


By judgment dated February 23, 2001, the Court granted defendant's motion to vacate filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, and vacated the criminal judgment entered in this case. In November 2003, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the judgment of February 23, 2001. Accordingly, this Court hereby VACATES the judgment of February 23, 2001, and REINSTATES the previously vacated criminal judgment, conviction, and sentence.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
