Having been advised by the Court of Appeals that its Order of April 14, 2003 remains under seal, the Clerk is directed to maintain this Order under seal until further notice.

ORDER
In compliance with the directions of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit reflected in its Order of April 14, 2003, it is hereby
ORDERED that the United States file its proposed substitutes, if any, by noon on Thursday, April 24, 2003; and it is further
ORDERED that any response by the defendant and/or standby defense counsel be filed by Thursday, May 1, 2003; and it is further
ORDERED that any reply by the United States be filed by Monday, May 5, 2003. Given the schedule imposed by the Fourth Circuit, there will be no continuances of any filing deadlines established in this Order.
The Court will hold a hearing pursuant to 18 U.S.C. App. 3 § 6(c)(1) on Wednesday, May 7, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 600. The hearing will be closed to the public.
The Clerk is directed forward copies of this Order to the defendant, pro se; counsel for the United States; standby defense counsel; the Court Security Officer; and the United States Marshal.
