ORDER


By a letter dated March 19, 2003, the United States requests that the Court maintain the defendant's pro se motions docketed as #s 771 and 781 entirely under seal. In light of the United States' request, it is hereby

ORDERED that execution of the Order of March 19, 2003, which directed that the defendant's pro se motions docketed as #s 771 and 781 be unsealed with limited redactions, be and is STAYED until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the United States submit a justification for its request that the Court maintain the defendant's pro se motions docketed as #s 491, 537, 771 and 781 under total seal by the close of business on Thursday, March 20, 2003. Any response by the defense must be filed by Tuesday, March 25, 2003.

The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to the defendant, pro se; counsel for the United States; standby defense counsel; and the Court Security Officer.
