United States District Court, E.D. Virginia
Sep 9, 2003
Criminal No. 01-455-A (E.D. Va. Sep. 9, 2003)

Opinion

Criminal No. 01-455-A

September 9, 2003

ORDER

In his pro se motion docketed as #1042, the defendant seemingly requests that the Court direct standby counsel to provide him with a draft of any response to the Government's Proposed Substitutions 48 hours before it is filed to enable him to "sensure and strike back at the perverse position by the . . . American." In light of the Court's denial of the Government's Motion for Substitutions, the defendant's motion is DENIED as moot.

The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to the defendant, pro se; counsel for the United States; and standby defense counsel.
