ORDER


On January 8, 2003, the pro se defendant filed a pleading (Docket #709), which was initially filed under seal pursuant to our Order of September 27, 2002. We find that this pleading must remain under total seal because it concerns a sealed pretrial matter. Accordingly, it is hereby

On January 2, 2003, the Court received correspondence from the pro se defendant, which was placed under seal because it is replete with threatening, inflammatory language.

ORDERED that the defendant's pro se pleading docketed as #709 remain under seal in its entirety.

The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to the defendant, pro se; counsel for the United States; and standby defense counsel.
