Opinion

Criminal No. 01-455-A

February 6, 2003

ORDER

In his Motion to Get a Decent Cell to Search the Mountain of Discovery (Docket #737), Mr. Moussaoui requests a larger, "workable" cell in which to review the voluminous discovery materials produced to him. In compliance with our Order of September 30, 2002, both the defendant and his discovery materials have been moved to larger cells within the Alexandria City Adult Detention Center ("ADC"), and ADC officials have agreed to distribute Mr. Moussaoui's discovery materials between two cells rather than one. Finding these accommodations to be more than reasonable, the defendant's motion is DENIED.

The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to the defendant, pro se; counsel for the United States; standby defense counsel; and the United States Marshal.
