ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR STANDING ORDER
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Unopposed Motion for Standing Order Directing Detention Facility to Permit Attorney of Record to Bring Laptop Computer Into Facility During Pendency of this Criminal Action (Motion) (#54). Having reviewed the Motion, the Court
FINDS that good cause exists for granting the relief requested.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and the attached Standing Order is hereby entered.
STANDING ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNSEL TO TAKE LAPTOP INTO THE FEDERAL DETENTION CENTER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Federal Detention Center — Englewood, is directed to allow Mitchell Baker, attorney of record for Roman Santistevan, Reg # 35360-013, to bring his laptop computer and related devices (speakers, power pack, extension cord, external mouse) into the facility, without delay, for the purpose of preparing for trial, from the date of this Standing Order and continuing throughout the pendency of this case.
Should the FDC fail to honor this Standing Order, this Court will require that Mr. Santistevan be transported to the lockup at the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse each and every time Mr. Baker wishes to confer with his client, within four hours of the request.
