STIPULATED JUDGMENT


Pursuant to the Stipulation of the parties, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the United States shall have judgment in its favor and against Stephen Morange and Mary Alice Morange in the amount of $26,120.77, as of February 28, 2003, and that interest shall continue to accrue on the Judgment amount from and after February 28, 2003, until the Judgment amount, plus such interest thereon, is fully paid by Stephen Morange and Mary Alice Morange.

Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs of suit incurred herein.
