ORDER DISMISSING CASE


The Court, having considered the Joint Stipulation for Dismissal filed by the United States and Linda B. McKinney which dismisses the United States' Complaint against Linda B. McKinney with prejudice, has determined that an order should be entered consistent with the parties' Motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that:

The United States' Complaint against Linda B. McKinney is dismissed with prejudice, each side to bear its respective costs and attorneys' fees.
