JUDGMENT OF ACQUITTAL


Pursuant to the Order entered this date granting Defendants' venue and materiality motions, the jury verdict is set aside and Defendant Alan Mikell is found not guilty of Counts 1as, 2ss, 3ss, 4ss, 5ss, 6ss, 7ss, 8as, 21ss, 25ss, 26ss, 27ss, 30ss, 31ss, 32ss, 33ss, 34ss, 35ss, and 51ss of the 2nd Superseding Indictment.

IT IS ORDERED that Defendant is ACQUITTED and DISCHARGED, and any bond is exonerated.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all remaining counts are DISMISSED.
