ORDER


Upon consideration of defendant Microsoft Corporation's motion in limine to strike the government's improper deposition designations, plaintiffs' opposition thereto, and for the reasons and upon the conditions set forth in open court at the hearing of October 27, 1998, it is, this ___ day of October, 1998,

ORDERED, that the motion is denied insofar as it relates to the deposition testimony of William Gates and is held in abeyance in all other respects.
