ORDER

The defendant Molly Meier moves for an extension of time to file additional pretrial motions. (Dk. 24). Having had months to review the boxes of discovery and to file any necessary pretrial motions, the defense counsel say they have reviewed all the boxes of discovery but they have to yet to complete their "extensive" review of one-third of the boxes. Defense counsel want additional time to file motions after completing this last "extensive" review. The government opposes the request because the defendants have had sufficient time to make their review and file their motions.

The court denies the defendant's request for this general extension of the deadline to file any pretrial motions. The defendant may seek leave to file additional pretrial motions upon showing the need and justification for the delayed filing of each motion. The court will set a deadline later for the filing of all in limine motions.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the defendant's motion for additional time to file additional pretrial motions (Dk. 24) is denied.
