ORDER GRANTING ENLARGEMENT OF TIME IN WHICH TO FILE MOTIONS


The Court has received Defendant Maria Medina's Motion to Join In Co-Defendants' Motions to Extend Time to File Motions (Dkt. # 350), which the Court notes was filed out of time, the deadline for filing pretrial motions being February 24, 2006. Nevertheless, the Court hereby GRANTS said motion. Defendant Maria Medina shall have to and including May 5, 2006 within which to file pretrial motions. It is further

ORDERED that the government's responses to said pretrial motions shall be due May 15, 2006.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no further motions filed out of time will be granted, absent extraordinary circumstances.
