ORDER SETTING TIME TO RESPOND TO PETITION FOR STAY OF EXECUTION AND SETTING HEARING


Upon a reading of defendant McVEIGH's petition for stay of execution, together with memorandum in support, filed today, it is

ORDERED that the government will file a written response to the petition on or before Monday, June 4, 2001, at 5:00 p.m., and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that a hearing on the petition will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom A, the Byron White United States Courthouse, 18th and Stout Streets, Denver, Colorado.

ORDER

This cause comes on for consideration of the defendant McVEIGH's motion for filing portions of his motion for a stay of execution and certain of the exhibits in support of that motion under seal. The Court being fully advised in the premises determines that the motion should be and the same is hereby GRANTED.

The clerk of the district court shall file and maintain under seal the unredacted version of the motion for stay of execution and the unredacted version of the exhibits in support of the motion.
