ORDER FOR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF SUMMARY OF FUNDS EXPENDED FOR THE DEFENSE OF TIMOTHY JAMES McVEIGH


As announced by this court at the hearing held on June 6, 2001, on the defendant's petition for stay of execution, the court has directed that the pertinent records in the office of the Clerk of this court and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts be compiled to prepare a summary of the funds authorized to be expended for the representation and defense of the defendant, Timothy James McVeigh, from the date of his arrest through the date of the sentencing. The attached Appendix A is that summary from that compilation of records. It is now

ORDERED that this information is made public by the filing of this court order, with Appendix A in the public records and for dissemination in accordance with the usual procedures for providing public information concerning the court's records.

From the records available, it could not be determined to which defendant the cost should be allocated, therefore, the travel costs are a total of all travel incurred in the case. $541,885.43
