OPINION AND ORDER

ROBERT MILLER JR., Chief Judge

On September 26, Edward McCaffery requested the court to order his transfer from his current place of incarceration to the Michigan City Federal Bureau of Prisons Halfway and Work-release Facility. The court must DENY Mr. McCaffery's request [Doc. No. 40] because the court has no authority to order such a transfer.

SO ORDERED.
