UPON DUE CONSIDERATION, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs Unopposed Motion to Reschedule Hearing (Dkt. 35) is denied. However, the Court grants the Plaintiffs alternative request that another attorney with knowledge of the case may appear in the place of Michael S. Raum.
