JUDGMENT


Pursuant to the written consents of the parties, the District Court's order of transfer of September 28, 2000, the Order Discharging Property From Federal Tax Liabilities and Dismissing United States' Claims Against Remaining Defendants filed March 7, 2001 and the order filed this date granting the Taxing Authorities Motion to Dismiss Its Claims against Defendants,

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims asserted by the United States are dismissed with prejudice and that all remaining claims by and between the remaining parties to this action are dismissed without prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
