Based upon the joint motion of the parties, the representations contained in that motion, and the record of the case, it is HEREBY ORDERED that trial of this case is continued from May 21, 2003 until the20th day of October, 2003. It is further ordered that the period of delay is excluded, for the reasons set forth in the motion of the parties, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161 (h)(8)(a) and (b), from the time within which trial of this case must commence pursuant to the Speedy Trial Act.
