ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO SUPPLEMENT


Came this day for consideration defendant MANUEL LOPEZ-RUIZ's Supplemental Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody filed on August 5, 2004. Based upon the government's objections to such motion filed September 1, 2004, and for the reasons recited therein, defendant's motion is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
