ORDER


Upon the motion of the United States of America, and good cause appearing therefor, it hereby is ORDERED that the government's motion for an extension of time in which to file its response to defendants' memoranda in support of motions to suppress the wiretap evidence in this case is GRANTED. The government may have until July 2, 2004 to file its response.

It is further ORDERED that defendants also may have an additional week, until July 21, 2004, to file any reply to the government's response. Oral argument on the motions shall be held as originally scheduled on August 5, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. before this Court.
