ORDER

This matter is before the court on Cameron Lopes's motion for leave to marry and motion to continue the sentencing hearing. As an initial matter, the court does not have authority to order the United States Marshalls Service to make available a time and place where Mr. Lopes's ceremony can take place. Such an order would in effect direct that a wedding ceremony occur.

Further, it appears that Mr. Lopes's wedding ceremony is the only ground underlying the motion to continue the sentencing hearing. S itch ground is insufficient to continue the sentencing. Consequently. the court DENIES Mr. Lopes's motion to continue the sentencing until the marriage ceremony can be completed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
