ORDER


The United States of America's (the "Government") motion in limine is GRANTED to the extent that the defendant must alert the Government before any attempt to introduce any questions or remarks are made in front of the jury panel regarding punishment and the length of imprisonment, at which time the Government may seek a hearing outside of the jury's presence. In all other respects, the motion is DENIED. Additionally, the Government's motion in limine is GRANTED to the extent that the defendant must alert the Government before any questions or remarks are made in front of the jury panel pertaining to the arrest, detention, and subsequent dismissal of Randy Rodriguez, at which time the Government may seek a hearing outside of the jury's presence. In all other respects, the motion is DENIED.

SO ORDERED.
