ORDER


On reading the petition presented by Joshua Kirkwood and it appearing to the Court that defendant has been and is now incarcerated in Hill Correctional Center, in Galesburg, Illinois, and that a request to revoke the supervision of said defendant has been filed in this court by the probation office, and that the defendant should appear in this cause in the United States District Court at Chicago, Illinois on October 1, 2003.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the United States Marshal, Northern District of IIlinois, Chicago, Illinois, bring or cause to be brought before the Court, at 11:00 a.m., on October 1, 2003, in the United States Court House, at Chicago, Illinois, the body of the above listed defendant; and that a Writ of habeas Corpus Ad Prosequendum, directed to said persons, so commanding them, be issued by the Clerk of this Court.
