ORDER


The Court's April 12, 2004 order entitled "Order Appointing Allie Beth Allman as Receiver for Real Property at 14502 Park Lake Court, Farmers Branch, Texas and 315 and 325 Sunset Avenue in Dallas, Texas" is hereby modified as follows:

The portion of paragraph 1 of the order which reads "[t]he Receiver is directed to take possession of the Properties . . . on the 16th day after the date of entry of this Order" shall instead read "[t]he Receiver is directed to take possession of the Properties . . . at 12:00 o'clock noon on May 15, 2004."

Additionally, the portion of paragraph 5 of the order which reads "Defendant Dr. James David Key, Sr., Carolyn D. Putney, and all other persons acting in concert with, or on their behalf . . . are hereby enjoined and restrained from entering onto the Properties on the 16th day after the entry of this Order and permanently thereafter" shall instead read "Defendant Dr. James David Key, Sr., Carolyn D. Putney, and all other persons acting in concert with, or on their behalf . . . are hereby enjoined and restrained from entering onto the Properties after 12:00 o'clock noon on May 15, 2004 and permanently thereafter."

SO ORDERED.
