MOTION TO DISMISS INDICTMENT


The United States of America, by and through the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, hereby moves this Court pursuant to Rule 48(a), Fed.R.Crim.P., to dismiss the indictment in the above-entitled case. The government had reached an agreement with this defendant's husband, Razmik Mansourian which included, as part of his agreement to pled and offer substantial cooperation, that the government would dismiss the case against his wife. Mr. Mansourian has fully complied with the terms of the agreement and accordingly the government hereby moves to dismiss, with prejudice, in the above entitled indictment.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
