DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST DALE AND SHARON KADEL


A default having been entered against the defendants, and counsel for the United States having filed a proper declaration, a certificate of indebtedness, debt, and having made a request for a default judgment, all in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(b)(1),

JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED in favor of the Plaintiff, the United States of America, against the defendants, Dale and Sharon Kadel, jointly and severally, for their federal income tax liabilities for the 1986, 1987, and 1992 tax years in the sum of $59,229, including accrued interest and additions as provided by law through February 13, 2002, with interest to accrue thereon from February 13, 2002, until paid in full, and against Dale Kadel for his 1999 tax liabilities in the sum of $1,723, including accrued interest and additions as provided by law through February 13, 2002, with interest to accrue thereon from February 13, 2002, until paid in full.
