ORDER GRANTING TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES


Defendant, Grant Johnson having filed a motion requesting this Court to Authorize round trip travel and subsistence expenses for himself, and the Court having been fully advised in the premises;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the United States Marshal Service shall arrange Defendant, Grant Johnson, non-custodial round trip transportation and subsistence expenses from Dallas Texas to Detroit, Michigan so that he may attend and participate in the sentencing scheduled for February 9, 2011.
