STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT


It is hereby stipulated and agreed that judgment may be entered in favor of the United States and against Michael Campas for the assessed balance of unpaid 941 penalties for the tax periods ending December 31, 1980, December 31, 1981, March 31, 1983, September 30, 1989, and unpaid 940 penalties for the tax periods ending December 31, 1982, and December 31, 1983, and related interest and penalties in the amount of $190,000.00, with such judgment is entered, pursuant to 26 U.S.C.

ORDER

IT IS SO ORDERED,
