ORDER OF DISMISSAL


Pursuant to Rule 48(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and by leave of court as endorsed hereon, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of California hereby dismisses, without prejudice, the indictments against defendant JOSE JAIMES-CASTANEDA in the above-captioned cases.

ORDER

Leave of court is hereby granted for the filing of the foregoing dismissal, and the arrest warrant issued incidental thereto, if any, are hereby recalled.
