ORDER
Inasmuch as the Court has entered an Order denying the defendants the Court hereby ORDERS, pursuant to § 6A1 et seq. of the United States Sentencing Guidelines, that:
1. The Probation Office undertake a presentence investigation of Andrew Charles Jackson and Keyston J. West and prepare presentence reports for the Court;
2. The presentence reports be disclosed to the defendants, defense counsels, and the United States within 40 days of this order by May 6, 2002 ;
3. Counsels file written objections to the presentence reports within 14 days following receipt of the presentence reports and in any case no later than May 20, 2002 ;
4. The Office of Probation submit to the Court the presentence reports with addendums on or before June 3, 2002 ;
5. Counsels file any written sentencing statements and motions for departure from the Sentencing Guidelines, including the factual basis therefore, on or before June 10, 2002 ;
6. Sentencing is set on Monday, June 17, 2002 at 10:30 a.m .;
The Clerk is directed to transmit true copies of this Order to all counsel of record herein, the United States Marshal Service, and the United States Probation Office.
