ORDER

This matter is before the Court on a Motion to extend Deadline to File a Response to the Government's Motion to Permit the Government to Review and Use Statements From Defendant's VSAT and Administrative Hearing [DE 26], filed by the Defendant, Robert Irving, on February 29, 2008. On February 12, 2008, the Government filed a Motion requesting a court order that would allow it to review all statements made by the Defendant in an October 7, 2004, Voice Stress Analysis Test and all statements made by the Defendant during a Gary Police Commission pre-termination hearing. The Defendant requests that the Court extend his deadline to respond to the Government's Motion from March 3, 2008, for two weeks to March 17, 2008. Counsel for the Defendant represents that counsel for the Government has no objection to the requested extension of time.

Having reviewed the Motion and noting the lack of objection by the Government, the Court GRANTS the Motion to extend Deadline to File a Response to the Government's Motion to Permit the Government to Review and Use Statements From Defendant's VSAT and Administrative Hearing [DE 26], and ORDERS that the deadline to file a response to the Government's Motion to Permit the Government to Review and Use Statements From Defendant's VSAT and Administrative Hearing is March 17, 2008 .

SO ORDERED.
