ORDER

This matter is before the court on Defendant's request pertaining to obtaining credit toward his sentence. To the extent Defendant believes that he is entitled to credit for "the time spend on pretrial realeace [sic]," he is incorrect. Defendant is not entitled to credit for any time period in which he was not detained. To the extent he is claiming that he is entitled to credit for the time he spent in custody prior to being sentenced, Defendant has received such credit. Because Defendant spent 43 days in the custody of the United States Marshal prior to being sentenced, the Bureau of Prisons has given Defendant 43 days off his 15-month sentence.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's motion is DENIED.
