At the conclusion of the sentencing hearing before this Court on January 31, 2001, the Court announced a schedule for further briefing and sentencing. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that defendant's reply memorandum in support of her renewed motion for a new trial shall be filed and hand-delivered to Chambers and opposing counsel by Friday, February 2, 2001, at 4:00 p.m. The government's surreply shall be similarly filed and hand-delivered by Monday, February 5, 2001, at 4:00 p.m.; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the sentencing hearing and sentencing of defendant Maria Hsia shall resume on February 6, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
