ORDER

On September 24, 2007, this court held the pretrial motion hearing and an evidentiary hearing. Defendant John High was present with his attorneys, Richard Coad and Brian Mullins. The government was represented by Assistant United States Attorney Rita Rumbelow.

High was not concerned about pretrial discovery issues, so we dove into the evidentiary hearing on High's motion to suppress (dkt. 13). High may supplement his brief in support not later than October 3, 2007, with the government response due October 12, 2007, and any reply due October 18, 2007. Same day service is required. The parties had no other matters to bring to the court's attention. I will wait to provide draft voir questions and jury instructions closer to the parties' submission deadline for the final pretrial conference.
