ORDER

This cause came on for consideration without oral argument upon the Notice of Appeal (Dkt. #84) filed by Defendant, Sameeh Hammoudeh. It is unclear from the "Notice of Appeal" whether Defendant is actually seeking review of the magistrate's Order (Dkt. #74) that detained him pending trial of this matter. This Court has jurisdiction to review a detention order pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3145(b). Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3145(b), this Court is to review a detention order promptly. Defendant's motion does not provide any detail or argument on the grounds for review. If Defendant is seeking review, Defendant shall file within seven (7) days of this Order a more thorough motion and memorandum, providing argument and the grounds for seeking review. Failure by Defendant to do so will result in this Court striking his Notice of Appeal (Dkt. #84).

DONE and ORDERED.
