ORDER


Magistrate Judge Pizzo filed a report and recommendation (Doc. 9), which recommends that the government's motion to enforce the IRS summons (Doc. 1) be granted. No party filed objections to the report and recommendation, and the time for objecting has passed. Accordingly, the report and recommendation (Doc. 9) is ADOPTED, and the government's motion to enforce the IRS summons (Doc. 1) is GRANTED. The respondent, Donna W. Gwinn, is ORDERED to comply with the IRS summons served upon her on or about January 24, 2001. The Clerk is directed to (1) terminate any pending motions and (2) close the file.
