ORDER DISMISSING THE INDICTMENT AND VACATING JANUARY 20, 2004 HEARING DATE


For good cause shown, effective January 20, 2004, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the pending indictment against defendant Jorge Granera, alleging a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), is hereby dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Granera is discharged from supervision without any judgment of conviction being entered in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appearance scheduled for January 20, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. is vacated.

IT IS SO STIPULATED.
