ORDER


Upon application of defendant Esteban Gonzalez, it is hereby ORDERED that Joel Sickler, Director of Client Services for the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives, shall be appointed as mitigation specialist for defendant Gonzalez, and it is further ORDERED that Mr. Sickler may be compensated to a maximum of $500.00 without further order from the Court. If at that time the defendant believes that more services are required, he shall submit a memorandum substantiating that belief. That submission shall include any evidence supporting his claims as well as a comprehensive fee schedule for work completed as well as work anticipated by the mitigation specialist.

ORDERED that this order be filed under seal.
