Jose Luis Gomez appeals his conviction by guilty plea and sentence for one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute (21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1)). Gomez's attorney has moved to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 383 U.S. 738 (1967). Gomez did not file a pro se supplemental brief.
Because our independent review of the record discloses no arguable issues, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is
AFFIRMED.
