ORDER


Based on the government's Motion to Amend Judgment in a Criminal Case, and seeing that a clerical error has been made in said Judgment; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerical error be corrected to reflect the forfeiture in the proper section of the judgment document by placing the forfeiture of the $115,000 into the "Criminal Monetary Penalties Section" and marked as "Other".
