ORDER


Based on motion of the defendant and good cause shown:

It is hereby ORDERED that the latent and known fingerprints of the defendant that were taken from the wrappings of the drugs seized in this case may be inspected by an expert designated by the defense. Said inspection shall take place under the following circumstances:

1. The inspection shall take place at the location where the evidence is currently being held or at any other location that is mutually agreed upon by the parties.

2. The inspection shall be supervised by the case agent assigned to this case or by any other law enforcement officer or expert designated by the case agent.

3. The inspection shall take place at the time and on a date mutually agreed upon by the defense expert and the case agent or his designee.
