JUDGMENT


This action is before the Court on the stipulation of the parties and the Government's motion for entry of judgment, and the issues having been duly considered, and a decision having been duly rendered, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED:

That the Plaintiff shall have and recover individually from the Defendant Danny G. Freeman, the sum of $792,096.59 for unpaid federal income tax liabilities for the years 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985 and 1991, inclusive of statutory additions calculated through June 4, 2001, plus accrued statutory interest thereafter at the rate provided under 28 U.S.C. § 1961(c)(1) and 26 U.S.C. § 6601, 6621 and 6622 until the debt is paid in full.

That the Plaintiff, United States of America, shall have and recover jointly and severally from the Defendants, Danny G. Freeman and Patricia L. Freeman, the sum of $728,654.87 for unpaid federal income tax liabilities for the years 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1990, inclusive of statutory additions calculated through June 4, 2001, plus accrued statutory interest thereafter at the rate provided under 28 U.S.C. § 1961(c)(1) and 26 U.S.C. § 6601, 6621 and 6622 until the debt is paid in full.
