ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff United States of America's Notice of Appeal (Doc. #274), filed October 22, 2001. The Notice indicates that the government appeals the Judgment (Doc. #257) and Order (Doc. #263) denying the Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment (Doc. #259). Since the government is challenging the judgment, it may not seek to obtain the benefits of that judgment.

Accordingly, it is now

ORDERED:

The enforcement of the Judgment (Doc. #257), the Court's Order (Doc. #272) granting Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Order of Sale (Doc. #266), and Order of Sale (Doc. #273) are hereby stayed pending disposition of the appeal.
