ORDER


The United States has moved this Court under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e) for an order amending the Court's January 26, 2004 order of permanent injunction.

For good cause shown the motion is GRANTED.

Paragraph 29 of the Court's January 26, 2004 order of permanent injunction is amended to state as follows:

29. Defendants will serve the Court and the plaintiff United States of America with copies of the writing described in paragraph 28 above 7 days before the writings are scheduled to be mailed.

SO ORDERED.
