ORDER


By letter briefs dated September 10, 2001 and January 17, 2002, the government has moved in limine to introduce at the trial of the remaining defendant, Glen Benussi, the plea allocations of a number of Benussi's co-defendants. On consent of Benussi's counsel (letter dated January 25, 2002), the application is granted. The Court will give a limiting instruction substantially in the form proposed in the government's September 10 letter upon receipt of the allocutions in evidence.

SO ORDERED.
