ORDER


Based upon the defendant's conviction of Possession of a Firearm by an Unlawful User of or Person Addicted to a Controlled Substance, and the Government's Motion to Forfeit Firearm and for good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the firearm seized as evidence in this case be forfeited to the Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Department of Justice.
