AMENDED JUDGMENT

Having found good cause to amend the Judgment in this case,

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Judgment in this case is hereby reaffirmed except that the following at page 3 shall be stricken: "[X] The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: that the defendant be placed in a facility in the State of California, close to his family." In all other respects the Judgment shall remain unchanged.
