ORDER


IT IS ORDERED that on or before March 21, 2004, the United States shall file a response to Stephen Edwards' Motion to Recuse Judge Polozola and Judge Parker.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that thirty (30) days after the Court rules on the defendant's Motion to Recuse, the United States shall file a response to Stephen Edwards' Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence By a Person in Federal Custody.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that thirty (30) days after the Court rules on defendant's Motion to Recuse, the United States shall file a response to Stephen Edwards' Motion to Unseal Letter of Attorney for Juror 68 and For Leave of Court to Interview Juror 68 and His Attorney.
